Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Connie Coaching, every service and digital product is designed with precision, quality, and high-performance standards. Please review the policies below before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products (E-Books & Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable.
Once a file has been purchased or downloaded, access is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

2. Coaching Services

Because coaching requires time, preparation, and reserved availability:

• All coaching payments are final and non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be requested 48 hours before your program start date.

• If you cancel after the program has begun, no refunds or credits will be issued.

• Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, but may be rescheduled when possible.

3. Changes or Updates

Connie Coaching reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
Any updates will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
