Where It All Started
My journey didn’t begin in balance. It began in absolute intensity.
In my early years, training wasn’t a hobby — it was an identity. I lived the lifestyle of an elite competitor: strict nutrition, relentless discipline, hours of training, and a level of physical conditioning few people ever reach.
I stepped on stage, pushed my body to its limit, and built a physique that earned recognition, magazine features, and respect within the industry.
But those years also came with a cost — hormonal stress, emotional pressure, and the realization that performance without longevity is not success.
Still, that era shaped me profoundly.
It taught me biomechanics, nutrition, conditioning strategy, metabolic pacing, and the mindset required to build a world-class body.
Knowledge earned through experience — not theory.
Those foundations became the core of everything I teach today.
